He values the relationships he builds with his clients, and his clients appreciate the obvious passion he has for helping them with their real estate financing needs, whether they are purchasing a property or refinancing a property they currently own. The mortgage loan process can be stressful, and in order to alleviate that stress Tim helps educate his clients about the entire mortgage loan process from offer to close.

He currently resides in Mount Olive, NJ with his wife Michele and their three children, Christina, Timothy and Dean. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and playing soccer and golf.
